CPI[M] – Corporate Party of India [Murderers] is well known for its social-fascist atrocities from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Last June 2008, they added one more murder to their feathers by killing one of our sympathiser named Rajendran in Kaarapattu, a village near Villupuram. Peasants Liberation Front(PLF), associate organisation of PALA was able to gather support of the majority of the villagemen, of both upper and lower castes and was in forefront in exposing the anti-social activities of CPI(M) elements. The infuriated CPI(M) men decided to finish off the ideological struggle in Nandigram Fashion and they eventually went ahead. But today all those criminals are facing the court proceedings and no one dares to enter Kaarappattu.
Now, recently on 22-12-2008, Comrades of New Democratic Labour Front(NDLF) were attacked by CPI(M) goons at Pallavaram, a suburb of Chennai. This time the ‘justification’ for the murder was the recent split in CITU Pallavaram as some comrades decided to join NDLF. on the fateful day, NDLF comrades were in a fund raising campaign for the forthcoming Conference against Capitalist Terrorism organised by NDLF on January 25 at Ambattur, Chennai. Theekathir, the party magazine of CPI(M) came up with a false propaganda that Naxallites ‘infiltrated’ Pallavaram and attacked CPI(M) cadres. Well, the naxalites have open address and poor naxalites, they planned to attack in daylight and that too with a weak weapon, a bicycle. Comrade Jayaraman, of NDLF was attacked with wooden logs and had shoulder displacement. Comrades are recovering and we have declined the offer for truce at the eleventh hour. The unreleting revolutionary politics of our organisations are shaking the revisionist foundations of the CPI(M) party in Tamilnadu in recent years and many are coming out of CPI(M) to join our organisations. This has irked the leaders and they conspicuously consent for the attacks on us.
At this juncture, it would be apt to quote, Comrade Ashok Mitra, a veteran of CPI(M) west bengal unit, who had ministerial portfolios in state governments, of what he said after Nandigram.
It is not possible therefore to avoid the unpleasant truth anymore. One can borrow S. D. Burman’s song to describe what the Communist Party of India (Marxist) was in this state a few decades ago, “you are not what you were.” 90% of its members have joined after 1977, 70% after 1991. They do not know the history of sacrifices of the party. To them ideological commitment to revolution and socialism is simply a fading folktale. As the new ideology is development, many of them are associated with the party in the search for personal development. They have come to take, not to give. They are learning different tricks so as to appropriate various privileges by aligning with the governing party. One efficient way to bag privileges is to flatter the masters. The party has turned into a wide open field of flatterers and court jesters. Moreover, there has been a rising dominance of ‘anti-socials’. For different reasons, every political party has to lend patronage to ‘anti-socials’, they remain in the background and are called into duty at urgent times. In the seventies these anti-socials had reached the top rung of Congress party. I fear same fate is awaiting the communist party.
We don’t know whether Ashok Mitra will have a different view on Naxalbari now, owing to what he saw in Nandigram. Hence, we would like to say, “CPI(M), You are becoming more than what you were!” The revolutionary politics will isolate you more and more and every time masses and Revolutionaries won’t succumb to the assaults but will retaliate. keep watching.
Isn’t it funny that you guys shd be quoting from Ashok Mitra, an aristocratic moron? Aah! But then you guys are also fans of mass murdering thugs like Che, Castro, Mao, Prachanda and Prabhakaran. I am glad the Sri Lankan armed forces are routing the LTTE. Tiger? Kittens more like it! I hope the racist/nazist Tamizh Talibanist thugs learn their lesson. The destruction of the LTTE and the routing of the Tamizh Talibanist thugs in TN, is just like the destruction of the 3rd Reich and the disbanding of the SS/SA/SD etc. Wonder what porukkis like Veeramani, Vaiko, are doing. Must be shivering in their vettis! Next time choose your friends carefully and your enemies with even greater care. Don’t mess around with the Indian State. Zero tolerance for violent thugs.
